Indian Residential Schools Resolution Canada – West
This is a three-phase project aimed at developing a wellness and change management strategy for IRSRC- West. The project involves addressing the issue of vicarious trauma in the workplace by offering education, wellness strategies and development of a handbook to educate employees about the workplace risks.
The second purpose is to identify systemic strategies to address change management in the workplace. This process involved working collaboratively with the self-care team of employees/the senor management team and contractors to effectively address and reduce the risks of vicarious trauma and to proactively address change management in the workplace. The project involves reviewing work practices, analyzing processes and making recommendations to enhance employee wellness.
