This project provides an appreciative inquiry analysis of the impact
of vicarious trauma, and includes personnel training and the design
of work related supports relevant to the Department of Justice and
their work on historical claims of abuse.
The workplace supports are designed to minimize and educate personnel about the impact of vicarious trauma in the workplace and design interventions to minimize and enhance workplace supports.
